If you think it's easy.. you are so wrong.. The portion has to be exact, size exact, skin must be so thin.. like 1%, covering the paste, which is like 99%? The previous batch i did, the skin is so thick - not really nice.
Had hard time gauging these! Especially when the skin is so soft, it will just break hard to keep together. No wonder people call it snowskin.. nonetheless, a skill learnt!

And yes, mooncakes are VERY fattening.. as I know the portion of ingredients now.. hahahaha!!
